YTF (Youth Transformers by Faith) is where our students meet with their teacher and peers on Sunday mornings (9am – 10am) to study the Word of God and reflect on how to apply their faith to their life.  Jr. high group (6-8) meets in Room 143 (next to Green room) and Sr. high group (9-12) meets in Room 142 (aka Youth room).

Communion Sunday is 1st Sunday of each month where all of our congregation gather together to celebrate the life and grace God gave us through Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Our students also experience love and grace by giving worship to God and join with family arond the communion table.

Small Group Gatherings is where our students meet weekly with their peers and share what God has done in their lives throughout the week. This is where students build authentic friendships and keep each other accountable in their faith walk. Jr. high (6-8) group meets on Fridays from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Sr. high (9-12) group meets on Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:30pm.

Community Service is one of ways we speak out loud our faith and compassion of Jesus Christ in our community. We volunteer at various places for various groups such as food bank, homeless shelter, nursing homes, and Kloz4kids, etc. We participate in local, regional, and global cause by fundraising, writing letters, and fasting. We also put together our own community service projects such as Hallelujah Night on Halloween day, Parents’ Night Out on V-Day, and Luau for Eagle Wings Ministries, etc.  Check out our calendar for updates!

Confirmation Class is a discipleship training course for those who want to take step forward into maturing relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to become His disciple to transform the world by walking in faith and sharing the gospel. This 5 months long journey with great mentors from our own congregation will help our youth explore their identity in Christ and draw them closer to Christ more than ever. This year we start our confirmation class in January 2010 and end it with Confirmation Sunday in May 2010. There will be a Confirmation Retreat at Lazy F Camp in March 13-15,2010.  Please sign up with Hanna, our youth pastor, by December 12, 2009.

Summer Mission Trips are organized every summer for youth to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to go out of our comfortzone and serve those who are in need.  Jr. high/middle school group often joins our PNW conference camps to go serve with other youth group in our conference. Sr. high group plans trips out of state or out of country to go serve the needs and share the gospel.
